At TRS we understand the importance of employee training and in line with our corporate values we’re continually encouraging our staff to develop their skills and knowledge.

Earlier this month we organised a plant familiarisation morning for our non-operational office employees at our training yard in Cwmbran, Wales.

The team were given a presentation on our road-rail fleet, the capabilities of each machine and their most common project assignments.

Following some brief training on RRV plant awareness, they were also given the opportunity to operate the machines for themselves – under supervision of course!

A great day was had by all and we’d like to thank the Batch Plant team for hosting the day!
